Terms of use

Platform information · Updated October 7, 2026. Service-specific agreements and confirmation remain separate from creating an account or submitting a request.

Requests and professional relationships

A submitted request does not guarantee availability, assignment or acceptance. Transportation requires confirmation. A legal inquiry does not create an attorney-client relationship, provide legal advice or preserve a deadline. Independent professionals are responsible for their own engagements and services.

Accurate information and authorized use

Use your own account and provide accurate information. Submit information on another person’s behalf only when you are authorized. Do not upload malicious files or material unrelated to the service.

Charges and communications

Service pricing and payment obligations are established separately. Invoice entries in this workspace record amounts and payment reconciliation; the platform does not currently charge cards or move money. Check your workspace for updates and use dispatch for urgent ride changes.

Participation

Network participation may involve paid platform services and does not guarantee assignments or results. Listing order does not express professional quality. Professional acceptance, conflicts, licensing and service agreements remain separate decisions.
