Information you choose to provide

The platform stores account identity, contact details, applications, credentials, service requests, messages, attachments and operational history. Provide only the information needed for the request. Do not submit payment card numbers, Social Security numbers or unrelated medical records.

Who can see a record

Records are scoped to the person who created them, authorized A-Stat administrators and eligible professionals assigned to the work. When you choose an organization for a request, its active members can also see that request; authorized team coordinators can manage it. Personal requests stay separate. Legal recipients initially receive conflict-check identifiers. The narrative, attachments and messages become available only after the requester authorizes release to that recipient.

Documents and service providers

Files are stored privately. Uploaded documents await administrator review before ordinary download access. The current review is manual. Hosting, storage and authentication services run on Cloudflare. Account sessions use a secure cookie. Passwords and recovery codes are stored as hashes; save your recovery code privately. Email addresses are not verified by an email delivery service.

Choices and requests

You may save a draft, cancel an open request, or contact A-STAT about correction, access, retention or deletion. Cancellation stops the workflow; it does not erase the record or copies already lawfully received. Use the contact page for an information request.
